User's Agreement: This is an agreement between users and the owners and operators of the website found at www.bestdecoratingideas.com to be referred to as BDI in the users agreement from this point forward. Users are defined as anyone who subscribes to the service accessed at www.bestdecoratingideas.com or uses this service in any way. Users may not promote an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, or post anything that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, or is posted without the express permission of the owner(s) of such copyrighted material. Content posted by users is not endorsed by BDI. Content posted by users may be used by BDI to promote services of users or to promote the site at www.bestdecoratingideas.com. Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, and neither party will have a right to terminate this Agreement under such circumstances. BDI expects to conduct maintenance on the site on a monthly basis to assure that it is current with the latest software applications for the use of its members. As such, the site may not be accessible during these periods. These maintenance periods will usually be less than 24 hours. Users are not entitled to refunds due to maintenance periods. BDI may change various aspects of the site to enhance it. Users are not entitled to a refund if some aspect of the site changes. BDI may not sell services directly to the customers of the users. Users agree not to provide Internet related services to other individuals or companies. BDI is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages related to content posted on www.bestdecoratingideas.com . Neither party is obligated to renew this agreement beyond the initial period of subscription. After the subscription period is over, if the user has not renewed the subscription and if payment has not been received by the user, BDI is authorized to erase all information related to the user that was on the site and BDI is not obligated to restore that information.
